FOXO4-DRI 10mg (Proxofim)
$300.00
FOXO4-D-Retro-Inverso is a synthetic, slightly modified version of the standard FOXO4 protein. The modification prolongs half-life of the protein and allows it to interfere with normal FOXO4 function.
FOXO4-DRI has been shown in research to prevent normal FOXO4 binding to p53, thereby allowing for elimination of senescent cells, improved organ function, and younger tissue “biological age.” FOXO4-DRI impacts insulin signaling, cell cycle regulation, and oxidative stress signaling pathways.
FOXO4-DRI is a cell penetrating peptide shown to selectively induce apoptosis of senescent cells thereby reversing effects of aging in animal studies.

Rated 5 out of 5Been on this for about 6 weeks now. I’m 52 and was really feeling the sluggishness that comes with age – joint stiffness, slow recovery after workouts, just overall tired. A buddy in my biohacking group recommended FOXO4-DRI. I picked up a few vials from The Peptide Lab since they had good reviews on purity. Reconstituted it with bacteriostatic water and started at 5mg twice a week, bumped up to 10mg after two weeks. Honestly, the change was subtle at first, but by week four I realized I wasn’t dreading my morning runs anymore. My knees don’t crack like they used to, and I’m sleeping deeper. No sides to report. Only knock is the price – this stuff isn’t cheap – but if the research holds up, it’s worth it. Packaging came cold with ice packs, no issues.

Rated 4 out of 5Ordered this for a pilot study on senolytic effects. The peptide itself worked as expected—clear reduction in senescent markers in treated cells. I knocked one star because the vial cap was a bit tricky to remove without risking contamination, and the product page could use more detail on recommended reconstitution volumes. Still, the purity is high and I saw no degradation over two weeks in the fridge. Would buy again.

Rated 4 out of 5Bought this for a small self-experiment on cellular senescence. The Peptide Lab shipped fast and included ice packs, which was reassuring. After two weeks at 10mg every other day, I can’t say I feel dramatically different, but my joint pain (knees and shoulders) is noticeably less. That alone makes it worth trying. I wish the vial came with a bit more product for the cost—10mg doesn’t go far if you’re dosing multiple times. Also, solubility is fine but you need to be careful with the reconstitution; I lost a tiny bit to foaming. Overall, it’s a legit peptide for those into longevity research. Not for beginners, but if you understand the mechanism and dose responsibly, it’s a solid tool.

Rated 5 out of 5I’ve been using FOXO4-DRI from The Peptide Lab for my cellular senescence research. The lyophilized powder arrived well-packed with desiccant and a clear label. Reconstitution was smooth with bacteriostatic water—no clumping. I’ve run three separate assays now, and the results are reproducible. The interference with FOXO4-p53 binding is exactly what the literature predicts. My only wish is that they included a slightly larger vial for the price, but the purity seems solid. Shipping was quick, too. Definitely my go-to for these retro-inverso peptides.

Rated 4 out of 5I’ve been cycling FOXO4-DRI for about six weeks now, stacking it with a basic NMN regimen. Noticed my recovery from workouts is noticeably quicker and my skin looks a bit plumper—could be placebo, but I’ll take it. I ordered from The Peptide Lab and was impressed: shipped in a cold pack with a desiccant, arrived within three days. The vial was well sealed, and the lyophilized powder reconstituted easily with bacteriostatic water. Only minor gripe is the price per mg is steep, but I knew that going in. No side effects to report so far. If you’re into longevity research and have done your homework, this seems legit. Would recommend starting low and titrating up—better to be cautious with anything affecting senescent cells. Not for beginners; you should understand what you’re doing. Will likely reorder after bloodwork.

Rated 5 out of 5I’ve been using FOXO4-DRI for about a month now, and I’m genuinely impressed. I bought it from The Peptide Lab after reading some preclinical studies—figured it was worth a shot for clearing senescent cells. The packaging was discreet and arrived cold, which I appreciated. Reconstitution was straightforward with bacteriostatic water. I noticed improvements in my recovery time after workouts and a subtle but real increase in energy levels that isn’t jittery. My skin looks a bit firmer too, though that could be placebo. I’m a 44-year-old male, so any edge on biological age is welcome. The only downside is the price per vial, but the effects are promising enough that I’ll reorder. It’s not a magic bullet, but combined with good diet and exercise, I feel like it’s contributing something measurable.
